What you'll need
1 tablespoon Onion Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Garlic Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
¼ cup fresh oregano
2 tablespoons thyme
½ cup basil
450g tomatoes, cored and chopped
to taste salt and pepper

Process
Step 1
Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
Step 2
Add oregano and thyme, cooking until fragrant.
Step 3
Add tomatoes. Bring to boil, then reduce heat to low and allow to simmer for 45 minutes, or until sauce has thickened.
Step 4
Add basil, salt and pepper and cook for a further few minutes.
Step 5
Serve with freshly cooked pasta.
