What you'll need
2 cups (250g) Lo-Fo Pantry All Purpose/Plain Flour
1 teaspoon (7g) salt
⅓ cup (50g) unsalted butter, melted
¾ cup (165g) Lactose Free Milk
½ tablespoon (15g) vegetable oil, for cooking

Process
Step 1
Combine the melted butter and milk in a small bowl.
Step 2
Combine flour and salt in a separate bowl, create a well in the centre.
Step 3
Transfer the butter mixture into the dry ingredients and stir to form a dough.
Step 4
Lightly flour a work surface and transfer dough to the surface, gently knead until dough is smooth and elastic – add extra flour if dough too sticky.
Step 5
Wrap dough in cling wrap and set aside to rest for 30 minutes.
Step 6
Transfer dough to work surface after resting and divide into 4 even pieces.
Step 7
Roll the pieces into balls and then roll out into large flat discs.
Step 8
Heat pan (medium heat) with ½ tbsp vegetable oil and cook the flat bread for approximately 1 minute to 1 and a half minutes, then turn over and repeat.
Step 9
Put aside cooked flat bread and cover with tea towel to keep moisture.
Step 10
Serve warm.
