Smooth and full of flavour this low FODMAP gravy recipe makes a perfect addition to your winter roasts. Made with out world first low FODMAP plain flour, it is made with only four ingredients! Serve in a dish beside your roast meat and veggies, this delicious gravy will pour with easy and add an extra level of flavour to your meal. What you'll need

red wine

Pan juices from roast meat

butter

2 tablespoons (30g) butter

Lo-Fo Pantry Plain Flour

2 tablespoons (18g) Lo-Fo Pantry Plain Flour

red wine

1 tablespoon (15g) sherry

chicken stock

400mL (13.5 fl oz) FODMAPPED Chicken Liquid Stock

Process

Step 1

Place roast tray on medium heat (transfer to a heatproof pan if roasting tray is not stove friendly). Add the butter to the pan and melt.

Step 2

Stir in flour and cook for 3 minutes or until lightly brown.

Step 3

Add stock and sherry and simmer stirring continually until thickened.
