Made with our world first low FODMAP wheat Plain Flour, this flour rises and bakes like a regular loaf of bread without leading to bloating and tummy troubles! Baked in 30 minutes, make this on a Sunday to enjoy low FODMAP bread throughout the week! Make sandwiches throughout the week and toast in the mornings – this simple bread recipe will become a family favourite! What you'll need
1kg Lo-Fo Pantry All Purpose/Plain Flour
10g bread improver
15g dry yeast
20g salt
700-720g water

Process
Step 1
Preheat oven to 220⁰C.
Step 2
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl with dough hook.
Step 3
Mix on speed one for 1 minute.
Step 4
Mix on high speed for 4-6 minutes or until developed.
Step 5
Rest for 10 minutes.
Step 6
After rest mould into desired size and rest for another 10 minutes.
Step 7
Shape dough into bread loaf shape and place in bread tin.
Step 8
Place bread tin in warm area, preferably in a corner near a window.
Step 9
Once bread has proofed 1-2 inches above bread tin, place in oven for 27-30 minutes and bake.
