What you'll need
1 ¼ cup (225g) Lo-Fo Pantry All Purpose/Plain Flour
2 teaspoons (13g) baking powder
pinch salt
1 cup (300g) Greek Yoghurt

4 rashers bacon
1 cup tasty cheese (115g)
2 tablespoon butter melted (20g)

Process
Step 1
Preheat oven to 160°C fan-forced (320°F). Prepare a baking tray with baking paper.
Step 2
Place saucepan on a medium-high heat and spray some olive oil. Once at temperature add the rashers of bacon and cook until crisp. Once cooked place on a plate with some paper towel to soak up excess oil. Then finely dice up the bacon.
Step 3
Mix flour, baking powder, salt and yoghurt together until the mixture makes a ball.
Step 4
Knead dough on a lightly floured bench for a few minutes, adding extra flour if the mixture is too wet.
Step 5
Lightly flour bench again and roll out the dough into a rectangle with a lightly floured rolling pin.
Step 6
Spread diced bacon and cheese over the dough. Once covered with topping roll up the rectangle of dough and then cut into 2cm scrolls and place on the prepared baking tray.
Step 7
Brush the melted butter on the top of the scrolls ad then bake for 20minutes or until golden.
