What you'll need
1 cup (150g) Lo-Fo Pantry Plain Flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
½ cup (140g) caster sugar
1 cup (100g) rolled oats
½ cup (100g) Unsalted Butter, melted
1 tablespoon (20g) maple syrup
1 (55g) XL Egg, lightly beaten

Process
Step 1
Preheat fan-forced oven to 180°C (350°F), and line a 5cm (10.8 inch) long, 17.5cm (6.9inch) wide brownie tin with baking paper.
Step 2
Sift baking mix into a large bowl. Add sugar and rolled oats.
Step 3
Combine the melted butter & maple syrup. Add to the dry ingredients with the egg and stir to combine.
Step 4
Spoon into the tin and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden.
Step 5
Allow 20 minutes to cool before cutting.
