What you'll need
4 cups (560g) Lo-Fo Pantry All Purpose/Plain Flour
2 teaspoon (9g) dry yeast
1 teaspoon (7g) salt
1 tablespoon (20g) caster sugar
¼ cup (60g) Olive Oil
1 ½ cups (375ml) water

Process
Step 1
Combine water, yeast and sugar in a small bowl. Set aside for 5 minutes or until frothy.
Step 2
Combine flour and salt in a separate bowl making a well in the centre
Step 3
Add the yeast mixture and oil into the well and stir until a dough is formed
Step 4
Lightly flour a work surface and transfer dough onto the surface, knead for 10 minutes or until the dough is smooth and elastic.
Step 5
Lightly grease a small bowl with oil, transfer the dough into the bowl roll so that the doughs surface is covered with oil.
Step 6
Set aside and cover with tea towel, allow to rest for 30 minutes or until dough doubles in size.
Step 7
Preheat fan-forced oven to 180°C (350°F).
Step 8
Transfer the dough back onto the work surface and knead dough to form a long cylinder.
Step 9
Divide dough into 2 pieces, use a rolling pin to form discs (20cm), then add your favourite Low FODMAP toppings.
Step 10
Bake pizza for approximately 20-25minutes depending on the thickness.
