What you'll need
2 cups (400g) Lo-Fo Pantry Plain Flour
2 (110g) XL egg
1 ¼ cup (325g) Lactose Free milk
½ cup (120g) vegetable oil
6 teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon (7g) salt
½ teaspoon (4g) vanilla extract
to spray oil
1 tablespoon (20g) caster sugar

Process
Step 1
Pre-heat waffle iron.
Step 2
Beat eggs in large bowl with hand beater until fluffy. Beat in the baking mix, milk, oil, sugar, baking powder, salt & vanilla, until smooth.
Step 3
Spray preheated waffle iron with oil.
Step 4
Pour mix onto waffle iron. Cook until golden brown.
Step 5
Serve hot with your choice of Low FODMAP toppings.
